Terms of Service, Privacy & Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Terms of Service

What Klose AI is. Klose AI ("the Platform") is software for managing sales, contacts, and workflows for business-funding and credit-services companies. The Platform is a tool: it does not provide lending, brokering, legal, financial, or credit-repair services, and it does not guarantee any business results or income.

Founding access. Early ("founding") subscriptions include features that are simulated or in active development — including live calling, SMS delivery, and the AI voice agent — which will be rolled out over time. Your founding price is locked for as long as your subscription remains active.

Your responsibilities. You are responsible for using the Platform lawfully in your jurisdiction, including compliance with TCPA and Do-Not-Call rules for any calls/texts you place, FCRA rules for any credit data you collect, CROA rules if you provide credit-repair services, and all applicable state lending and disclosure laws. The Platform provides tooling, not legal compliance.

Acceptable use. No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use; no spamming; no uploading data you don't have the right to use. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Liability. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before a claim.

2. Refund Policy

3. Privacy Policy

What we collect: your account details (name, email, password stored as a salted hash — never in plain text) and the business data you enter (contacts, deals, notes, settings).

How it's used: solely to run the Platform for you. We do not sell your data. Your workspace data is private to your account.

Your customers' data: you are the controller of the contact data you store. Only collect what you have the right to hold, and honor deletion requests from your own customers.

Deletion: email us from your account address and we'll permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.

Contact: support@YOURDOMAIN.com (replace with your real support email)

⚠️ This document is a starting template, not legal advice. Before scaling past your first customers, have a lawyer review it — especially if you operate in California, New York, or serve credit-repair clients (CROA has strict contract requirements).
